My name is Tanya Vance, LMT, and owner of Lavender Rose Healing Massage.  I specialize in Swedish massage and aromatherapy.  I create my own natural health and wellness products with essential oil blends.  

Now offering natural health alternative therapies in addition to massage.  I am a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner.  Services I will offer include Color Light and Sound Therapy, RBTI (similar to urinalysis), and nutritional counseling.  I DO NOT take the place of a medical doctor, write prescriptions, or diagnose health conditions.  I approach health from a natural perspective helping clients to balance their body's chemistry (pH) to achieve their maximum health potential.

I offer Hot Stone Massage!  Hot stone massage is safe for most people and helps soften muscles much quicker than hand massage.  People with heart conditions such as congestive heart failure SHOULD NOT get hot stone massage.  If you have a serious medical condition, consult with your doctor to see if hot stone massage is safe for you.  

I'm passionate about learning how to heal the body naturally with massage and food.   I have been able to heal my own health problems by avoiding foods I am sensitive to.  For example, I am sensitive to the A1 protein in cow's milk.  I am sensitive to gluten and especially to oatmeal!   Gluten and dairy sensitivities often cause auto-immune diseases such as Hashimoto's thyroiditis, asthma, and skin problems.  Avoiding your food sensitivities can help improve your health and prevent disease.  I recommend you get tested for food sensitivities through the guidance of a natural health doctor or you can order at home tests.  Take those tests results to your natural health doctor and they can help you create the best plan of action to achieve your best health.
